Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Our shopping cart is secured by SSL security.

Direct Deposit: Transfer the funds into our bank account through internet banking or by going into your local branch.

Note: Please either leave your order number and/or name as a description or email and let us know you have deposited payment so we’ll know it’s from you! Payment generally clears within 48 hours.

Paypal: If you select Paypal at checkout you will be automatically taken to Paypal to complete payment and checkout.

Money Order: If you select to pay by money order, send your money order with your name, postal address and order number.

Shipping Estimates:
Orders are processed as they are received. In the rare case that an item you order has become out of stock items are backordered and shipped as they become available.
Postage is calculated upon checkout and cost is based on the shipping address and number of items purchased.
Please note items are not insured please contact us if you require items to be shipped registered/ Insured and we will quote you on the shipping cost.

Refunds or Store credit may be given if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be as new, unworn and with tags attached. Return Shipping costs must be covered by you. If you require a size change/ exchange you must pay any return shipping costs. If you do return shoes, multiples or heavy items for a full refund that have been returned a Postage Fee will be deduced from the total refund amount. Please note items such as Earrings, Hosiery, Fangs, Swimwear, Intimates and Make up can not be returned for health reasons.
