Backorders/ Out of Stocks
I understand that whist orders are processed within 48hrs any items that are out of stock will be backordered and shipped as they become available.

Urgent and express Orders
If you require an urgent or express shipped item please contact us prior to placing the order.

Refunds
Store credit may be given if you contact us within 7 days for an exchange item. Items must be as new, unsoiled/unworn and with tags attached. If you require a size change/ exchange you must pay any return shipping costs.

Items such as hosiery, Fangs and make up can not be returned for health reasons.

Payment
Orders are not shipped until payment is received. If paying via direct deposit please leave your order number as Payment description or it can cause a delay in processing your order. If you can’t leave a description email as soon as payment is made so we know it is from you.

Orders outside Australia:

We accept payment via Paypal only for overseas buyers. In some cases there may be an additional shipping cost we will contact you via email if this is the case.
